I am having a buffet for 20 people for Christmas Eve. The buffet includes chicken francaise, meatballs, baked ziti, flank steak, sausage & peppers. Appetizers include broiled kielbasa wrapped in bacon stuffed with swiss cheese, shrimp, crab meat dip, cheese and crackers. I figure 5 lbs of sausage, 4 lbs of flank steak, 3 lbs of chicken and 2.5 lbs of meatballs. Will this be enough?

This is a very very large amount of meats. please tell me what is the rest of the menu.
