We are cooking biscuits and gravy christmas morning for a Homeless Shelter which can house up to 250 people. How much milk, flour, sausage and bisquick will we need? Thank you so much I really appreciate this...

Allow 2 large biscuits each (1/2 cup bisquick per person). 2/3 cup sausage gravy, and also have about 6 pounds of butter and equal amount of syrup, honey and jam.
Go here for the gravy recipe, increase it 1/4.
Have real fruit please and juice and milk to go with the coffee.
