How long can you keep Potatoe Salad in Frig?
Party next week, alot to do! Is Five days ahead
to long?

Ywe, it is roo,long. Mix only the day before. You can cook the potatoes 2 days before if you cook then and store them unpeeled and whole.
Raw veggies and marinated salads like 3 bean are the only ones that keep that far ahead.
