Croc Pot steak and gravy for 50

I am making steak and gravey in large roaster pans for a church dinner. I am not sure of what portion size to plan for for the actual meat. We are having 3 sides (potatos + 2 green veggies), as well as bread and dessert. Would 3 oz portions pre cooked be enough per person or should I count for alot of 'shrinkage' in the meat.

Thanks

Absolutely not. You need at least 20 pounds boneless, and if they are big eaters, 25 would not be too much.

Thank you for your help. The dinner was a success. I love the site and recommended it to a few others recently.
