I need to feed 250 women ham biscuits, whats the cheapest way to do this?

Make the biscuits yourself, using the angel biscuit recipe on this site. You can make ahead, cook done but not browned and reheat day of to brown. For ham, Jones Bros makes an "ends and pieces: package- 3 pounds of spiral cut ham pieces for about 7 dollars, this would do about 30 biscuits. You can probably match this locally.
I would make big biscuits, ala McDonald's size, and make about 325.
