Is it ok to cook a pork tenderloin in an electric roaster pan? I will brown it on the stove and then place in the cooker for the remainder of the cooking time. This is a very large pork tenderloin I got it from Costco. Please give me some idea's.

Yes, this is a fine way to do it. Be SURE to preheat the roaster at least 20 minutes before the meat goes in. All kinds of rubs are great on pork. I have also opened a tunnel through the middle (long, sharp thin knife) and stuffed it with dried apricots and prunes I had soaked in rum. It was very nice...
