hot fruite compote for 200

I'm wanting to make a hot fruit compote and have a few recipes. One for the crock-pot seems easy and accommodating. Do you have a recipe for fruit compote for 200 people I'm serving at church for Thanksgiving? I'm also trying to keep the expense down for the church.

This is not an inexpensive dish, but you only need about 1/3 cup per person, 17 quarts. Walgreens and some other stores put raisins and other dried fruit on sale this time of year, which will help. Canned or frozen may be your best buy. About 24 pounds of fruits per 100, drained weights.
