I am preparing for a family reunion consisting of 200 people. The menu is hamburgers, hot dogs and bbq chicken. How much of each meat would I allow per person?

Allow 1 piece of chicken, 1 4 ounce patty and 1/2 a hotdog per person (all), and consider doing polish sausage or kielbasa instead of hot dogs, taste much better.
