I am doing a 80th birthday gathering for about 150 people. We are having sandwiches, sweets, cake, veg trays, fruit trays, punch, tea & coffee. How much fruit, veggies should I buy.

How much fruit & veg will I need to feed 150 p
Check the fruit tray page and the veggie tray page. If many are contemporaries of the birthday person, you might consider relish trays instead of veggie trays- easier chewing- also on the veggie tray page.
