A new year's eve party for 200 people

Im having a new years eve party there will be other dishes made but i am unsure about how much jambalaya to make for a estimate of 200 people. I will be using the jambalaya dinner mix box by tony chachere's. How many boxes will i need and how much beef sausages do i need. Any suggestions....

LaTonya, jambalaya is easy to make, and MUCH cheaper. made from scratch. If you make 2 times the chicken and sausage jambalaya in the Basic Budget Entrees section of Big Pots, you will have lots. If there are other entrees, 1 1/2 times would be enough.
