Lasagna & Garlic Bread For 70
Hello, I have a fundraiser coming up and we will be serving lasagna
for approx. 70 people. I would like to serve healthy portions and I will be using steam table pans. Not sure if I should use 2" or 4" pans. I would like to have at least 3 layers of noodles. I could use a breakdown of how much to buy using a basic lasagna recipe with italian saussage.

Lasagna & Garlic Bread For 70
2 inch pans are like Stouffers frozen. 4 inch pan lasagnas are usually oozier/gooier (more innnards, less top). Both take 3 noodles, the deeper can take 4.
A breakdown for 50 is already posted on the spaghetti page. Use 1 1/2 times the amount for generous portions.
