Hello Ellen,
I am hosting a "salute our troops" Thanksgiving dinner for 300+ active service members. I was searching your site and got the info I needed for the green bean cassorole and the amount of turkey I need BUT we are making homemade mashed potatoes and I need to know how much of everything I need to do this. Thank you in advance for your help

50 pounds raw unpeeled potatoes per 100 plus whatever fixings you use for your recipe. They eat a lot of mashed potatoes.
