How much food and drink (for a full bar) do I need for 50 people for a wedding reception? Thank you!

Depends on time of party, length of party and menu/budget. For beverages, take a look at the beverage planning page. For food, 1/2 the amount for 100 covers 50, and for a buffet service you would want:
3-4 appetizers
2 entrees
1-2 starches
3 sides dishes, one of which can serve as a vegetarian entree
salad
rolls, butter
