Lasagna Dinner for 40

I am serving a dinner for 35-40 people. How many pans of lasagna should I cook and how many cans of peas do I use for a side dish?

See the lasagna guide on the spaghetti page for detailed help with quantity. Consider serving either broccoli or marinated antipasto vegetables or roasted vegetables, instead of the peas, all are better choices with the lasagna. If you do use canned, 2 #10 cans.
