roast beef
Have a bride that wants roast beef for her reception I am thinking a roast that can be slow cooked and served with a little bit juice. SHe doens't want mashed potatoes. Any advise on the cut of meat and preparation to make sure it is moist and flavorful? I love your column and use it alot. thanks for the advice.
The deluxe edition would be prime rib or tenderloin. Depending on the size of the party, whole sirloin or Baron of beef (whole round), but this requires a skilled carver.
