Soy crumble (TSP)

I'm really confused as to how to cook soy crumble (dehydrated). I bought some of this bulk from a natural food store, as I couldn't find anything frozen (ready to go). My problem is, I don't know how to cook it? I've looked online and I'm getting frustrated, as most people seem to use the frozen stuff. Anyone?

You soak this, you can use boiling water, broth or tomato juice, until tender, then cook like hamburger- can make "meatloaf " or patties- an egg helps them hold together-
If you do a google search on tsp recipes, you will get about 24 million results.
