How many muffins, bagles, scones should I have per person. The budget is $5. each. This will include fruit tray, cream cheese, jams, juices and coffee and tea. I am making the muffins but need to purchase bagles and scones.

Scones are really easy to make and MUCH cheaper home made- with this tight budget, I would make them. There is a really good scone recipe on this website, and I have frequently quadrupled it. Then 3 dozen whole bagels.
