Cooking for 50

Hi Ellen, I am going to be cooking for 50 people. I am going to be preparing the sides only. Can you tell me if the amounts are right?
3 gallons coleslaw
15 lbs potatoes for potatoe salad or 25 lbs of potatoes for mashed potatoes or
3 Large Cans Sweet Potatoes that I can Make a Casserole out of
Gravy 1 chafing dish size full
3 Large Cans of Green Beans or 3 Large Cans Baked Beans (Not sure which)
3 Large Cans of Whole Kernal Corn
1 Large Aluminum Pan & 1 small Aluminum Pan (Casserole Size) Mac & Cheese
8 lbs rolls

This is a little much for 50:
3 gallons coleslaw- about 7 quarts
15 lbs potatoes for potatoe salad or 25 lbs of potatoes for mashed potatoes or- OK
3 Large Cans Sweet Potatoes that I can Make a Casserole out of- 2 #10 plenty with other foods
Gravy 1 chafing dish size full- about 1 gallon
3 Large Cans of Green Beans or 3 Large Cans Baked Beans (Not sure which)-2 plenty Green probably better with all the starches
3 Large Cans of Whole Kernal Corn- 2 OK
1 Large Aluminum Pan & 1 small Aluminum Pan (Casserole Size) Mac & Cheese- 6-7 quarts
8 lbs rolls- 6 OK
1-2 pounds butter
dinner coffee (see beverage page)
