Cajun Dinner for 50
I'm planning a 7:00 buffet dinner for a 50th birthday party in December. We are playing on having a French-Creole inspired menu with some Southern staples like macaroni and cheese and black eyed peas along with a veggie and 2 entrees. What would be good entree ideas? We were thinking having the entrees catered. How many pounds of the entrees would be need for 59 people. We were thinking of maybe a chicken entree and hot link sausage and we wanted to steer clear of holiday items like ham.
