griddle for glass top stove
Is there a griddle for a glass top stove. I have an ancient almuminun that was my Granny's. May I use it?
single burner griddles that are completely flat work. Dual burner only work on the stove tops with a "bridge element", which if you don't know if you have one, you don't have one. If you use a dual burner griddle on a stove top without a bridge, you risk cracking the whole top.
