We are having the family here Sunday and I bought a 15 pond beef chuck roast. How long and at what temp. should I bake it?

This will be tenderer and more juicy if it is thawed for 2 days in the refrigerator before cooking.

This is not a particularly tender roast. Pot roasting or slow cooking is a good choice. Sauerbraten with several days of marinating is a great choice.
