Buffet for 100

I am serving a buffet for 100 people and will be using aluminum foil chafing dishes with half pans inserted for foods.
I plan on 200 italian meatballs. How many will fit in 1/2 pans?
4 half pan lasagnas
70 boneless baked stuffed chicken breasts
oven roasted potatoes (how many lbs & how many 1/2 pans)?
large baked ham
2 assorted cold cut platters with breads/rolls
Tossed salad
Is this enough food?
I plan on setting up 3 tables together for serving food on two sides

200 Italian meatballs. How many will fit in 1/2 pans? about 6 pounds per pan
4 half pan lasagnas-Cut small
70 boneless baked stuffed chicken breasts- I would cut in half if they are large
oven roasted potatoes (how many lbs & how many 1/2 pans)? 20 pounds, or so
large baked ham- about 20 pounds
2 assorted cold cut platters with
breads/rolls- 3 ounces bread per person, 3 pounds butter per 100
Tossed salad- see plan for 100 table
