I'm cooking my Hawaiian chicken recipe for 40 people tonight. I'm using boneless breast tenderloin strips in sauce. I am cooking 9 pounds of chicken in sauce in the oven and the same in an electric roaster. How long should I cook each at 350 degrees?

I took Friday off, so did not get this- you figured out to cook both basically the same amount of time.
