Making my company dinner for 30. They are wanting beef and chicken Kabobs with vegetables and some just vegetable kabobs. How much beef and chicken should I buy for 30? and I am making rice, grilled corn and a 3 bean salad.

( would buy 1 pound raw boneless beef per 3 plus 1 pound raw boneless chicken per 5. People do like kabobs!
