Ladies Aux. for local fire department is cooking dinner for a wedding party of 275 people. One of the meat choices is Italian sausage, how do you figure amount of sausage to buy?, and how much peppers & onions to go with it?

1 pound of sausage per 5 (6 if there are several other meat choices) and approximately equal weight of combined peppers and onions.
