doing brkfst burritos, mostly egg & cheese ( add ins if desired of bacon or suasage. How do I figure egg quantity to buy? doing for 2 days about 50 people ea day. TY sooo much fir all your help!!

Plan on 2 eggs per person per day. If you have meat add-ins, a slice of bacon or an ounce of sausage per person.
