Need to cook for about 350 and they want about 500 pieces of chicken, potatoes and green bean any be salad and dressing. they want a price for this. I do not know how to figure its. Can you help me. I really enjoy you web page and it is so helpful.

Price depends on whether this is drop off, or you serving, what else you supply (plated/napkins/etc). If drop off, charge what local chicken places would charge.
