Corn on the Cob
Hi Ellen. I am helping with a Country fair themed Party for church. We are serving 225 people. Each food item will be served at its own booth. I am in charge of Corn on the Cob. Do you have any advice on the best way to cook and serve the corn? Thanks!
The simplest, and one of the best, to cook it is to wet it down in the husks, roast it in the oven or microwave, and then peel and de-silk it while wearing new cotton gloves (work gloves, gardening, etc).
Then, for a delicious variation, roll in olive oile or butter, sprinkle with paprika or sumac and Parmesan cheese or cotija cheese. Yummy.
