doing baked beans for 200, with 2 type sand,3 salads & 2 desserts....do i need the 8-9 gal? Also does a #10 can = a gallon? I know are about 25 serv per #10 can. TY

Each #10 can holds 3 quarts. With this menu, I would do 3 gallons (4 cans) per 100= 6 gallons.
