I'm planing for a family reunion next summer and would like to know how much meat to serve. we're seving salmon (we'll have about 7#), Baby Back ribs & chicken (legs & thighs) plus side dishes. There will be 60-65 people attending.
You're help would be much appreciated.Thank you.

I would do all of these:
salmon (we'll have about 7#), I would usually plan a bit more, maybe 10 pounds
Baby Back ribs, 1/2 pound per person, minimum
chicken (legs & thighs), 2 pounds per 5 people (1 single piece per person, cut apart before serving).
