Hi,
My daughter is getting married and at the evening luncheon we are serving buns, cold meat, potatoe and macaroni salad. We are going to buy the meat ourselves and slice it, but I am not sure how many kg of meat I need to buy. We want to have have turky, ham, roast beef, salami. Any help would be appreciated

Jean, see the sandwich page for help on amounts of meats, rolls and condiments. You use 2x the amounts for 100. I would do 4/10 parts beef, 3/10 parts turkey, 2/10 ham and 1/10 salami, unless you know one of the lesser meats is very popular.
