I am catering a wedding for 50 and serving 3 meats, 4 salads, veggie tray, shrimp tray and some appetizers. rolls and 3 desserts.The meats are beef, ham and chicken. How many slices of each do I need.

The difficulty with this small a crowd is, you have to allow more of each to make sure everyone gets his or her first choice. 1 pound raw beef per 3, plus 1 piece of chicken per person, plus 1 pound of ready to eat boneless ham per 5.

A piece of chicken is equivalent to 2-3 ounces sliced chicken.
