How many pounds of Mushrooms do I need

I need to know how many pounds of mushrooms I will need buy for stuffed mushroom feeding 400 people!

Rebecca, you need to allow 3 mushrooms per person if not too large, but one large portobello would be plenty. It depends entirely on the size! So you need to buy a pound of the type you will be using and then count them.
