Hello,
Looking to BBQ burgers and hot dogs for 100 (mostly men). Wondering the numbers we would need for burgers, hot dogs and mushrooms. I took condiment numbers from your sandwhich table.
Let me know,
Thanks!!!

You might do 150 burgers and have 100 dogs, but I like to do Polish sausage or kielbasa instead of hot dogs for adults.

Hi Ellen,
I am having a BBQ for 100 ppl. We are serving pulled pork sandwiches, made from cushion meat, and chicken quarters. How much cushion meat and chicken quarters should I make? How many sides should I offer and how much of each? I'm making pies for dessert, how many should I make? One last question; I will be using 18qt roasters set up like a buffet for the meat, and I am wondering how many I will need for this amount of meat?
Thanks!

You want about 25 pounds raw boneless pork, 50 chicken quarters cut into pieces. At least 3 sides; potato, slaw and beans at a minimum- see the plan for 100 page. Pies are covered on the dessert planning page.
Post your estimate if you need it reviewed.
The cooked chicken will hold in one roaster, the pork about 1 1/2.
