We are planning a wedding for about 200 guests. We are roasting a 100 lb pig and will be having roast beef also. We are also planning to serve 5 different salads : potato salad, oriental salad, caesar salad, coleslaw, and broccoli salad. We will also have several dozen buns. Any suggestions on quantities of the beef I will need to buy in addition to the pork and how much of each salad we will need? If you can help, your suggestions will be much appreciated! Thank you!!

Yes. Your pig is about 100 people's worth. You need 50-60 pounds raw boneless beef to fill out the menu.
potato salad, 4-4 1/2 gallons per 100 (35 pounds potatoes)
oriental salad, ??? is this a noodle salad or a veggie salad?
caesar salad, 8 pounds lettuce, 1 gallon croutons per 100
coleslaw, 2 1/2 gallons per 100
broccoli salad. 2 1/2 gallons per 100
