Thanks Ellen,,, I have used your assistance a few times as I volunteer for a large (50-100) Dinner for our local Pilots in Napa calif. several times a year. I try to write down exactly what I do and buy to make it easier the next time, but occasionally I try something different.Been lucky so far!!!
