Iam having 15 people over for a get together and I am making chicken salad sandwiches on croissants. How much chicken will I need?

16 is almost exactly 1/6 of a hundred. Check out the chicken salad section of the plan for 100 table- you want 1/6 of that amount. One pound of skinless boneless raw chicken makes 2 cups of meat, when youo get ready to purchase.

How much ready made chicken salad will it take to make 220 mini pastry cups?

Most of these hold about 2 tablespoons- 8 per cup- you want about 8 quarts.
