25 lbls of Chuck roast cooking in a roaster

I need to know how long to cook 25 lbs of chuck roast in a roaster. It is actually 8 chuck roasts totaling 25lbs. I have wrapped two of the at a time together in foil with rub etc.
I have put them in the roaster and turned it on low heat.
So will it take 24 hours or 12 hours or how long to make it fall apart for beef sandwiches. ?

Go by the weight of a single package, about 6 pounds. Cook low and slow 250-300 at most. 4 1/2 to 6 hours.
