Hi-I am making kabobs for a picnic for 225 guests-how much chicken will I need to purchase to make hawaiian chicken skewers as well as how much kielbasa would I need to purchase for pepper and kielbasa skewers?

Jodi, is this a chicken eating crowd or a sausage eating crowd? Ate a minimum, you want 1 pound raw boneless chicken per 3 people PLUS 1 pound sausage per 4-5.
