For my son's grad party, we are serving pulled chicken sandwhiches and also sloppy joes. How much will I need of each?

Usually, the beef is more popular. Allow 1 pound ready to serve sloppy joes per three, PLUS one pound chicken per 5. Add about 10% more if it is teens.
