Hi Ellen
I am having a pig roast for my son's graduation party. I am planning on 100+ people. Are my quantities of sides enough:
saurekraut w/kielbassi - 3 gallon
rigatoni - 3 gallon
cheesey potatoes - 3 gallon
mac/cheese - 3 gallon
brocolli / cauliflower salad - 2 gallon
shrimp salad - 2 gallon
macaroni salad - 2 gallon
antipasta salad - 2 gallon
fruit - 3 gallon
Thanks for your help.

The only thing you will probably run out of is the shrimp salad, as it tends to be wildly popular. I allow 3 1/2 gallons for 100 people (more celery, maybe...)- you might up the fruit salad just a bit for the same reason. Do you have enough pig?

I forgot to add that I am also making
baked beans - 3 gallon
meatballs - 200
cake
chips and dip
I really enjoy your site. I do a lot of entertaining with large crowds.
Thanks! - Barb

I ordered the pig for 150 people to ensure that we have enough.
