Fresh Fruit Tray Appetizer

We are serving cheese, crackers, portuguese bread, grapes and strawberries as an appetizer at a wedding reception while the wedding party takes pictures. We need to know how many lbs of grapes and how many baskets of strawberries should we get for 300 people. We have looked at the fruit tray section but having trouble with the calculation.

I allow 1 pound of grapes per 5-6 and 1 quart of strawberries per 8. If you check with local produce suppliers, you may be able to get flats of 8 quarts of strawberries for less than $2 per quart.
