Spaghetti Salad
We are prepareing for about 120 just looking for how much of all items. Such as pasta, broccoli, pepperoni, salad onion, ham,cheeses,green peppers,using italian dessing. The date of wedding is 06/25/2011.

I start with 6 pounds dry pasta per 100 and everything else to scale. I stronly suggest rotini or bowties; much easier to eat, hold better.
