how much smoked turkey?

I'm in charge of food for a 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. The tip about a raw pound of brisket only yielding 2 servings was really helpful. I'm thinking of serving both brisket and smoked turkey. Does anyone know how many servings arise from a raw pound of turkey (or any other useful estimating tips for turkey)?
Thanks,
Sally

A pound of raw boneless turkey breat makes 4 servings sliced. A pound of whole, raw bone-in turkey makes only about 1 1/2 servings.
