What are the different items you would use to set up a nachos bar for a wedding

Nacho chips, maybe both tortilla and Fritos/Tostitos Scoops. Cheese and cheese sauce, refried and/or charro beans. Taco meat and/or shredded grilled chicken, guacamole and cubed avocado. Sliced jalapenos, diced green chilis.. Salsa/ pico de gallo. Sour cream. Chopped cilantro. Sliced or chopped black olives. Chopped lettuce, chopped fresh tomato, chopped onion.
Basically anything on the taco bar toppings list is appropriate, and use those amounts as guidelines.
