Help! I need to make a cheese and cracker tray for 70 people. How many lbs of cheese will I need and approx how many crackers or how many crackers should I estimate that each person will have?

Check the appetizer page in big pots. As a ballpsrk estimate, I use 20 pounds of assorted cheeses and cheese logs and 6-7 pounds of crackers and rusks for each 100 people. But this is affected by time of day and what else is being offered.
