We are catering for a family wedding, 250 people next weekend. We are having pulled pork, potatoes, (cooked on grill with bacon/onion), green beans, lunch meat/cheese trays, cole slaw, and pasta salad.
My question is, how much pasta salad and cole slaw to fix? I was thinking 15 lbs uncooked pasta? I will be using rottini noodles, cucumber, black olives, red onion, and green peppers with an oil/vinegar dressing.
So, how much noodles and veggies are needed? How much cole slaw?
Thank you for your help.

Yes, 15 pounds is just right with the potatoes also on the menu. Check any of my pasta salads for 100 to estimate the amounts of add-ins and dressings.
You want about 8 gallons of slaw- that starts with 50 pounds raw cabbage, because it shrinks so much. There is a whole article on slaw tips on this site.
