This is for a national drum corps traveling 11,000 miles from now to the middle of august. Ages are from 16-21 plus 50 adults. They practice in the heat from 7 in the morning till 11pm everyday when not performing.

Assume you meant 4000 calories. Dehydration and electrolyte issues are also serious. What are your cooking facilities, budget, and help?
