My son is having a b-day party for my granddaughter and I'm making sauage, pototoes & pepppers. My question is how much sausage, pototoes & peppers will I need for 120 people. Please help.

Don't know what else is being served. If this is the only main course, for 120 people I would do about 40 pounds of potatoes, 30-40 pounds of sausage, about 20 pounds of peppers. This assumes some side dishes and bread will also be offered.

ellen we are having other food and salads at the party. Will I still have to make all that sausage, pototoes and peppers???? Sorry I didn't give u all the details. Thank you so much for your quick response. Rose

If there are plenty of other main dishes, make 1/2 that amount.
