Freezing Pasta for a large group

I am cooking for about 160 people and wonder if and how you could freeze pasta and reheat?

Pasta casseroles can be frozen if the pasta is slightly undercooked to allow for reheating, but not loose pasta, if you want good results. Casseroles must be 3 inches or less deep.

Pasta has to be frozen in a sauce or gravy, otherwise it gets really mushy when you reheat it.

Small amounts can be frozen ad reheated in the microwave- you let the cooked noodles air-dry before freezing, thaw at least 8 hours, reheat covered in the microwave.
